Pre-purchase bread to give away to a neighbor!
The Neighbor Loaves initiative (launched during the pandemic by the Artisan Grain Collaborative) is a movement to connect local farmers, millers and bakers with food access efforts in their communities.
Neighbor Loaf donations support the Grainery in efforts to bake and donate bread to local food access initiatives in our county, making bread available to programs such as Food Banks, the Grange free meals, Nourishing Beloved Community and community benefit events. These donations allow the bakery to transform your wholehearted generosity into hearty loaves of bread to feed neighbors in need.
[For transparency, in 2025, we “sold” 8 Neighbor Loaves and gave away hundreds of loaves.]
